Registration Requirements

The Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run is open to all participants residing in the Philippines.
 
1.) Registration for the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run will start on April 30, 2024, and will end on May 31, 2024, or until supplies last. Registration must be done online at www.calmarland.com

2.) Communication on Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run-related matters would be done by e-mail or via phone number. It is each entrant’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date by contacting the organizers.

3.) Runners consent to the use of all photographic or video material pertaining to their participation in the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run made by the organizers or their assignees during any activity deemed to be part of the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run at any time in the present or future.

4.) There is no age limit to participate in the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run. However, individuals that are not yet of legal age (17 years old and below) are required to submit a Guardian Waiver upon registration. (Download the waiver)

5.) The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person’s entry, or cancel any person’s entry up to the day before the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run. In that event, the person’s registration fee will be refunded.

1.) The Run will be held on June 2024, and will have a total of three (3) categories to choose from:

Payment Registration

1.) Registration can only be done online at https://calmarland.com/ready-set-repair-fun-run/
2.) After registering, participants can now pay for their registration through G-cash payment or cash payment.
3.) Registration is not complete without a successful payment.
4.) The payment confirmation is required to show upon claiming the race kit.
5.) Please note that after successful payment participants may pick-up their race kit at the Calmar Land main office.
6.) All participants are entitled to a Race Kit upon payment of registration and a Finisher Entitlements after completing the run.

Race Kit Inclusion

Below are the inclusions of each kit:
a. Race Kit – Loot bag with Singlet and Race Bib
b. Finisher Kit – Medal (for only first 10 finisher/under 10K & 5K category ) and certificates for the finishers beyond first 10.

How to claim the Race Kit

1.) To claim the Race Kit at Calmar Land SM City Lucena office, participants must present of their Payment Confirmation (printed copy or screen shot) together with a valid ID, to the cashier/staff for verification.
2.) To claim the finisher kit and entitlements, the participant must complete the run and present their race bib at the claiming booth.

Payment Process

1.) After registering via https://bitly.cx/o5s you will receive a text/email from Calmar Land.
2.) For the early bird register you will receive an email with an early bird code.
3.) Payment shall be made via G-cash or cash at the Calmar Land Main Office.
4.) Once paid successfully; you may claim your Race Kit at the 2/F Calmar Land SM City Lucena Office.

Other General Rules & Conditions

1.) The Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run organizers can modify the rules, times, run mechanics without prior notice. Conditions for the run may change depending on operations, technical management, weather, and safety.
2.) Registrations are non-transferable, and participants are not allowed to transfer to any category and wave after payment has been made.
4.) By entering the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run participants are accepting all the rules and mechanics provided by the organizers.
5.) Every runner shall run carefully and with due regard to the safety of other runners and other road users.
6.) Every runner shall immediately comply with the instructions of a Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run marshal and/or a traffic officer.
7.) Every runner shall provide information requested by any Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run marshal immediately.
8.) Every runner shall keep as far to the right of the road surface as is safe having regard to the circumstances and conditions.
9.) Every runner shall at all times display his/her race number legibly and ensure it is pinned on to the front of his/her shirt. Runners are responsible for attaching race numbers/ timing chips as stipulated and ensure that these stay on at all times from start to finish. Failure to do so may result in DNF (Did Not Finish).
10.) Every runner shall identify him/herself and give his/her address on request to a Ready, Set, Run Fun Run marshal and to any other runner requesting such information after a collision or race incident.
11.) Runners are responsible for passing through start, finish and U-turn gates. Failure to do so will result in DNF (Did Not Finish).
12.) A runner is discouraged to use a personal music system, e.g. Air pods, iPod, or a radio communication device, including a cellular phone, whilst running. This is to allow the runner to hear commands from marshals and race officials.
13.) A runner must participate with a timing identification and shall not run with another runner’s number or timing identification. A person who has entered shall not give his/her number and/or timing identification to another person to use.
14.) A runner shall not use foul or offensive language or make offensive, indecent or inappropriate gestures.
15.) A runner shall wear clothing appropriate for a family event at all times, preferably the singlet provided in the Set, Repair Fun Run Race Kit.
16.) A runner shall not dispose of any litter along Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run course except in trash bins.
17.) A runner shall not smoke on the route during the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run.
18.) A runner may not start or attempt to start before his/her designated start group. Any runner who does so may be disqualified.
19.) A runner shall complete the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run course with his/her own effort and shall not receive any assistance from other runners.
20.) A runner shall not ride in reverse direction on the route, even after finishing.
21.) A runner shall not run the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run course a second time after finishing unless he/she has obtained the permission of the organizer and complied with all requirements for such permission.
22.) A runner shall provide reasonable assistance to any other runner involved in an accident while participating in the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run.
23.) A runner may not participate whilst under the influence of alcohol or any drug, substance or medication that can temporarily impair any of the senses.
24.) Any runner who has been suspended or banned from participating in the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run Series for any reason may not participate in the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run.
25.) A runner shall not display on his/her clothing any writing, logo, or item that is offensive or that may bring the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run into disrepute, as determined by the organizers.
26.) A runner who is informed by a Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run marshal that his/her conduct may lead to him/her being disqualified shall immediately slow down and cease to run the course.
27.) Any reasonable medical or emergency evacuation costs incurred on behalf of a runner by the Ready, Set, Repair Fun Run will be for the cost of the runner.
28.) Organizers can modify the rules, course, times, cut-offs due without prior notice. Conditions for the race may change depending on operations, technical management, weather, health, safety, and security.
29.) It’s the sole responsibility of each participant to know the designated run course. There will be no time adjustments in the results for participants who fail to follow the correct course for any reason whatsoever.
30.) Assigned race bib of a runner should be worn at all times.
31.) Only race finishers can claim their finisher’s medal/certificate.
32.) Race numbers are non-transferable.
33.) Failure to comply with the event rules will result to disqualification.
34.) A runner may participate in only one race category, and is prohibited from entering multiple race distances or winning in other race categories. Each runner is eligible to win only in their chosen race category.
35.) During the 1K Dog Run, owners are entirely accountable for their dogs and are expected to bring along plastic bags or diapers for any waste of the dogs during the event.
36.) All dogs participating in the fun run must be vaccinated to ensure the safety of all participants.
37.) During the event, participating dogs need to be on a leash.
