• Scanning and uploading of various clearances secured (BP, COO, CEI, Licensing Permits)
• Monitoring and filing clearances to its proper dockets
• Preparing letters to Government applications/memos and any forms relative to applications
• Monitoring, disbursing, and replenishment of the revolving fund
• Assist in following up of permits
Requirements
Education: Graduate of Accountancy, Business Course or, Knowledge equivalent
Experience: Relevant experience is an advantage but not required

Principal Duties

Directly supervises the execution of Horizontal and Vertical Projects by specifications, Safety, Quality, Timely delivery, and Cost efficiency (SQTC).
Principal Duties
• Monitors the progress of the construction of projects and ensures that all plans and specifications are strictly adhered to and the work is done most efficiently, within budget and schedule.
• Prepares and reviews programs of works, oversees its progress, and ensures that the plans and specifications are being implemented most efficiently, within budget and schedule.
• Conduct joint inspection with the contractor to validate quantities and quality of works for billing preparation purposes.
• Verifies counter-check correctness of the billings submitted by the contractors.
• Ensure contractor submission of as-built plans of the storm drainage system and water distribution system of completed subdivision projects for turnover to Property Management Group.
• Responsible for monitoring and preparation of weekly and monthly accomplishment reports of projects being handled.
• Submit a report immediately to Project Manager, any problems that may arise in the implementation of the project so that necessary solutions and actions may be applied immediately to avoid a possibly large amount of additional expenses.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Assist the IAS in planning and managing the technical review/audit of the planning, design, and execution of the project.

Responsible for the creation of plans, gathering design requirements, and provision of material specifications for new structures and alterations or repairs to existing building structures. Responsible for planning and coordination of subdivision projects, and vertical projects such as model houses, amenities, landscaping, and other special projects.
Principal Duties
• Responsible for the development of design and design models for new construction of land development, amenities, and houses.
• Responsible for preparation of subdivision plan, model house, and amenities concept, and its working drawings for construction purposes.

• Responsible for encoding House to Lot Layout (Annex A) and Standard Specs/Turnover Finishes and Perspective (Annex B) requested by AAD for CTS purposes.
• Prepares necessary documents such as building plans and specifications for Bank accreditation.
• Responsible for the Pre-evaluation of building plans being submitted by our clients for private construction purposes.
