In a heartwarming initiative, Calmar Land launched Project SHARE on December 18, 2024, at Pagbilao Central Elementary School SPED center for children with special needs and attention—the gift-giving activity aimed to brighten the holiday season for the students.
The Heart that Keeps on Giving
The initiative was launched to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children who face unique challenges, reflecting Calmar Land’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity, empathy, and community well-being.
The gift-sharing activity program was more than just about giving material gifts. Calmar Land ensured the children receiving the gifts felt valued, cared for, and seen.
A Team Effort
Calmar Land Development Corporation Board of Director member Mr. Rodolfo Calayan opened the program with a prayer to support the event. Grace Baptist Church also did a Bible story-telling activity for the students.
The program was meaningful for the students, but it also gave purpose and opportunity for Calmar Land employees to give back to the community. It was a collaborative effort behind the project, contributing gifts, donations, and time.
Community Impact
The culture of generosity and care inspired a positive impact. The campaign reinforced a strong sense of pride and camaraderie among employees. The children who received gifts were reminded that they were not alone. Kindness shared and received leads to the fulfillment and empowerment of communities. The initiative brought holiday cheer and raised awareness about the importance of accessibility and inclusivity.
