The birth of Calmar Land
In 1989, The Calmar Land Development Corporation was established with the aim of giving life to the dreams of millions of Filipinos to have their own homes.
1991-1995
The Calmar homes expansion
Year 1991 – The creation of Calmar Homes Phase 2
Year 1992 – Started selling house and lot
Year 1993 – Expansion – Calmar Homes Phase 3

Cuidad Maharlika
In 1994, A significant stride was taken as the company embarked on a major endeavor in Lucena, known as Ciudad Maharlika, solidifying its presence in the real estate industry.

Palmas Verdes
In 1995, Calmar Land expanded beyond Lucena City and introduced Palmas Verdes in Sariaya, marking its first attempt in creating a legacy outside of Lucena.

Lovely Meadows
In 1998, Lovely Meadows, a unique residential subdivision in Tayabas, Quezon, was successfully introduced.

The Metropolis
In the same year, The Metropolis Lucena, one of the biggest and most alluring projects of Calmar Land was developed.
1999
Citta Grande
In 1999, As the new century unfolded, Calmar Land made a significant impact by launching Citta Grande, concluding a decade of notable projects for the company in the ’90s.
2003
Istana Lovina
Continuing its expansion in 2003, Calmar Land was introduced to Laguna by launching Istana Lovina, providing residents of Laguna the opportunity to experience the premium quality of living offered by Calmar-built homes.

La Residencia Trinidad, CalmarBay homes and Tierra Verde
Situated in Lucban, Quezon, La Residencia Trinidad, along with Calmar Bay Homes in Laguna and Tierra Verde, was launched in 2004 as a distinctive residential development of Calmar Land.
2005
Calmar Land’s Entry into Pagbilao
The year marked Calmar Land’s significant introduction to the town of Pagbilao through the launch of Brentwood, a thoughtfully planned community that set the standard for modern suburban living in the area.

Casa Milagrosa
It was also the year of another proud milestone, the birth of a remarkable new project Casa Milagrosa in Lucban, Quezon, further expanding Calmar Land’s vision of building communities that inspire and thrive.

South of Brentwood
In 2007, Calmar Land steadfastly pursued its commitment to broaden its presence in Pagbilao, giving rise to the creation of South of Brentwood.
2008
La Ciudad Real
In 2008, Calmar Land kept its focus on becoming a major player in the Southern Tagalog real estate scene, kickstarting projects in Batangas with La Ciudad Real and Sorrento.
