Marcos Jr. led the opening of the Calmar Land National Housing Expo 2025 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. With the theme “Build Homes. Build Happiness,” the event reflects the Bagong Pilipinas vision of a united effort to uplift the lives of Filipino families through sustainable housing development.
The Expo brought together government agencies, private developers, and financial institutions to showcase innovative housing programs and opportunities for homeownership.
In his keynote address, President Marcos underscored the power of partnership in advancing national housing goals.
“Sa housing expo na ito, makikita natin ang bunga ng pagtutulungan ng gobyerno, pribadong sektor, at ng mga tinatawag nating housing agency. Handog dito ang iba’t ibang serbisyo — mula sa pagpa-plano ng disenyo ng bahay, financial assistance, hanggang sa pagproseso ng housing loan,” the President said.
Calmar Land showcased its range of thoughtfully designed residential communities across Southern Luzon, emphasizing modern living, accessibility, and long-term value.
